Enquiry form
What data. Company, contact name, email, phone (optional), country, project type, your message and the files you attach.
What for. To answer your enquiry and to prepare a quote.
Legal basis. Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Who receives the data. The enquiry is stored by our hosting provider Netlify and sent by email to our mailbox sales@smartpower-bg.com, which is hosted by Google Workspace. Both act as processors for us.
Transfer outside the EU. Netlify, Inc. is based in the USA. Data may therefore be transferred to the USA. Netlify is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; for certified companies the European Commission has decided that the level of data protection is adequate (Art. 45 GDPR).
How long. We delete enquiries that do not lead to a contract after 24 months. If a contract follows, we keep the data as long as the law requires for business and accounting records.
Server logs
When you open the website, the hosting provider processes technical data that every browser sends: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type. This is necessary to deliver the website and to keep it secure. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in a secure, working website). The hosting provider keeps these logs only as long as needed for operation and security. We do not use them to identify visitors.
No cookies, no tracking
The website sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, no tracking, no external fonts and no embedded maps or videos.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Write to office@smartpower-bg.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Bulgaria this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (КЗЛД), www.cpdp.bg. You can also contact the authority in your own country.
